Dr. Alan Palmer, PhD,
MPH is
president of Palmer Associates, a company specializing in Spirometry and
Respiratory Protection training, epidemiology, and advisory services to
companies to assist them in meeting their Occupational Health medical
screening and surveillance needs. Dr. Palmer is a respiratory disease
epidemiologist with over 30 years experience in pulmonary function testing
and industrial testing.
While with NIOSH he was the Director of Field Studies, and then Director of Health Surveillance Services at Stanford Research Institute.(SRI) This NIOSH approved spirometry training program was exclusively developed by Dr. Palmer and has been used for training medical professionals in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, W. Africa and the Caribbean over the past 25 years. |

Adora J. Palmer, BA
CST is
vice president of Palmer Associates Inc.Inc.and a Certified Spirometry Technician.
She has over 20 years experience in pulmonary function and spirometry
testing as the supervising technician for the Palmer Associates Inc.Inc.medical
testing division and as co-Instructor of the NIOSH approved spirometry
training courses. She was involved in the development of the course content
and writing of the manual. She is also author of a book on spirometry entitled “Blow Hard Tales”, a humorous, yet informative look at spirometry experiences encountered over the past 3 decades. |

Kendra Palmer Anderson, BA, CST is Course Director for Palmer Associates Inc.Inc.(PA). As the founder and former president of Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST), she oversaw the OSHA mandated medical examinations on workers and performed spirometry for hundreds of companies. Before that she worked as a certified spirometrist conducting spirometry testing in the field for PA and worked as a NIOSH approved Practicum Instructor for 15 years. |

Lance Anderson, CST,
is a former vice president of Fast Response On-Site Testing (FROST). In this
capacity he managed the mobile test units on site, and conducted spirometry
and respirator fit testing. He is a certified spirometrist and a NIOSH
approved spirometry practicum instructor, also the course director of the
OSHA Respiratory Protection course .He served for 23 years as a firefighter
and specialized in respiratory protection for the fire service. He retired
as a fire captain.
